Bring your team together somewhere that feels a little less like the office. Our Collaborate rentals offer a welcoming, flexible space for meetings, workshops, presentations, team gatherings, and networking — giving you everything you need to connect, share ideas and get things done.

What is included?

  • Exclusive use of the space includes the Main Event Hall (750 sq ft), Pre-Function Area (700 sq ft) equipped with a kitchenette, and washrooms located in the basement (only accessible by stairs).

  • In-haus Bluetooth sound system, microphones, wi-fi, and podium

  • Coffee, tea, and water station

  • White resin chairs, tables (6 ft. rectangular and 4 ft. round), and table cloths set up by our staff

  • 5 parking stalls located behind the building

  • Hours booked include your set-up and take down time (please ensure you take your belongings).

  • Staff member available for 30 min at the beginning and end of your booking to assist with set up, take down, and ensure you have everything you have

Cancellation policy

More than 30 days before your rental: 100% refund or payments made may be transferred to a new available date within 12 months, subject to availability.


15–30 days before your rental: 50% of the rental fee is refundable.


14 days or less before your rental: Rental fees are non-refundable.


No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.


Damage Deposits will be refunded if they have already been collected and the event does not proceed.


Any approved date changes are subject to venue availability and current pricing.
