Bloomhaus Events & Studio is a thoughtfully designed, flexible event space in Saskatoon for gatherings of up to 60 guests.
From celebrations and meetings to workshops, photoshoots and creative projects, our space is designed to make hosting feel easier. With tables, chairs and the essentials already taken care of — plus optional styling, hosting and beverage add-ons — you can spend less time worrying about the details and more time being present with the people you brought together.
How you can use our space

Celebrating people, accomplishments, milestones, and everything in between. We welcome you to our space to celebrate all of life’s moments whether it’s a bridal shower, baby shower, birthday, or retirement. Your booking includes chairs, tables, linens, and Bluetooth sound system.
Starting at $450 + applicable taxes for rental
$250 damage deposit
Minimum 50% of rental price due at time of booking to secure your date
Create
Space to bring your ideas to life. Our flexible studio space can be booked for photoshoots, content creation, workshops, wellness classes, pop-ups and other creative projects.
Book the space as your blank canvas and customize your rental with additional amenities when you need them.

Collaborate
A fresh alternative to the traditional meeting room. Host team meetings, planning sessions, presentations, workshops, training days and company gatherings in a space designed to bring people together.
Flexible layouts, Wi-Fi, presentation amenities, coffee and refreshment service make it easy to settle in and get to work.
Starting at $350 + applicable taxes for rental

Make the space feel like yours — without doing it all yourself. Our styling packages add thoughtful finishing touches like linens, table décor, candles, florals and more, all set up and ready for your celebration.
Less running around, more time with your guests. Our hosting packages take care of the practical details, with options like dinnerware, glassware, beverage stations, ice and other hosting essentials.
A little something sweet for your gathering. Add custom bottled lattes or protein sugar cookies from Bloomhaus Sips & Sweets for an easy treat your guests will love.

Process payment. Private Events and Corporate Bookings can be partially or fully paid. Studio Rentals must be paid in full at time of booking.
Your booking time includes set-up and take down of your event. Please read all of our policies before booking
