Our Policies

We love creating cookies that make your celebrations extra sweet! To make sure every order runs smoothly, please take a moment to read through our policies before placing your order.

Ordering & Lead Time

  • Custom orders require at least 1 weeks’ notice.

  • Holiday seasons and weekends book quickly, so we recommend ordering early.

  • Rush orders (less than 6 days’ notice) may be accepted with a rush fee.

Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup/delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before pickup are non-refundable.

  • Once cookies have left our kitchen, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Designs & Inspiration

  • Inspiration photos are welcome, but please note: we do not copy designs exactly.

  • We reserve the right to make small design adjustments as needed.

  • Photos of your cookies may be shared on our social media unless requested otherwise.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time. Missed pickups cannot be refunded.

  • Delivery may be available within Saskatoon (fees apply).

  • At this time, we do not ship cookies.

Allergies & Ingredients

  • Our cookies are made with love, but they may contain or come in contact with common allergens (wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy).

  • Cookies are not guaranteed allergen-free.

  • Customers are responsible for sharing ingredient information with their guests.

Storage & Freshness

  • Cookies stay fresh for up to 2 week at room temperature in their original packaging.

  • They can also be frozen for up to 3 months—just keep them airtight.

  • We are not responsible for cookies once they leave our care (heat, humidity, kids, and pets can all cause cookie casualties!).

Minimums & Pricing

  • Polaroid and Logo cookies require a minimum order of 6 cookies.

  • Flower cookies require a minimum order of 3 cookies.
